You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return Process
Request RMA
Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within the 14-day return period by contacting our support team.
Wait for Authorization
Wait for your RMA authorization to be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack and ship your item within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization.
Refund Issued
Refund issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of product return and inspection.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unused condition
- Must include all original packaging and accessories
- Must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
